On January 18-21 Michael Daigneault, Principal, Quantum Governance and Senior Governance Consultant, BoardSource, will be conducting a series of training sessions on nonprofit governance. Mr. Daigneault is a highly respected expert in the field of governance and this is his third trip to the Island. The workshops are listed below:

About Michael G. Daigneault, Esq

Michael Daigneault is the Founder and Principal of Quantum Governance, a consulting, strategy and training company that focuses on governance and strategy issues. He has also served as a senior governance consultant for BoardSource (www.boardsource.org).

Mr. Daigneault is frequently asked to counsel nonprofit Boards, Chairs, CEOs and Governance Committees on their governance efforts.  He has substantial experience in designing and executing governance, strategic and educational initiatives for all types of nonprofit organisations.  In addition, he has published articles on nonprofit governance for a wide variety of publications over the past two decades.
