Employees may not understand your company's giving policy or even be aware that you support charities in such meaningful ways. Sharing this information with them through periodic e-mails, an employee newsletter, your intranet or an employee web cast will enable them to have a better appreciation for philanthropy and may spur them to be more involved with your company's philanthropy or their personal philanthropy
