Description

End-to-Victory is a charity walk that will begin at The Royal Naval Dockyard and will end in the City of Hamilton at Victoria Park. Men, women, and children, both Bermudian and foreign national, will be invited to walk or ride in support of eradicating the senseless violence that has been plaguing our island’s youth sector for quite some time. The term “End-to-Victory” is a descriptive that signifies the day when we as a Bermudian body become victorious by discovering and implementing collective solutions to end these senseless acts. At the walk’s end, there will be numerous vendors, health screenings, anti-violent and social networking information booths, youth involvement program sign-ups, and live entertainment that will carry on throughout the evening. Numerous local singers, poets, musicians, speakers, dance groups and the like will supply entertainment in efforts to encourage and increase the support towards our local talents. Harnessing and encouraging our local entertainers is a key step to keeping our youth focused on their ambitions, as we find most of them have talents with no avenues to neither express nor develop them; thus leading to frustrations and negative behaviors.
