    Our Objective is: to provide effective, lawful means for the prevention of cruelty to animals; to promote the education of the general public on the care and well being of all animals; to encourage and promote kindness to animals.

  4. About Us

    The Bermuda Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) was founded in 1921 and is registered as Charity No. 86 under the Bermuda Charities Act 1978. The Society consists of over 1000 Members and is governed by a Committee of Management elected at the Annual General Meeting held in November.

  5. Programme and Service Highlights

    The SPCA provides a safe-haven for animals in need of a home and an adoption service for abandoned, abused or neglected animals. In an average year, the Shelter finds homes for some 500 animals ranging from cats and dogs, to guinea pigs and rabbits.
