    To establish a cultural center that will provide education, information and experience with African and Native American Culture. In particular, this will provide cultural benefits to the people of Bermuda.

    The Batwa Seaton People--'s Center formerly (CANARAS) was established in the honour of the late Justice Earl Seaton who served as an international and local Judge and Scholar. He voice the the aspirations of indigenous people around the world by heading committees on international organisations such as the U.N.

    Research and Library Services with internet access, general counselling services, African and Native American DVD and video rental and screening, facilitation of relevant cultural lectures, performances, workshops, art exhibits etc.
