    To serve the community of Bermuda by raising funds to assist other local registered charities and individuals in need, and by performing community service projects. To work with the other five Lions clubs on the island to tackle global concerns.

    The first Lions Club was chartered on 12 May 1946 when Mr. W. F. (Chummy) Hayward introduced Lionism to Bermuda. In July 2005 the Hamilton Lioness Lions Club merged with us making us the largest club with some 90+ members.     Raising funds by annual projects such as the Gasorama, White Cane tag days, We also have the Pre-school Sight Screening Programme to test 4-5 years old eyes before they enter Primary school, this is done from January to April and some 40 schools and 750 + pupils are seen.
