The Charity Forum
In January 2007, The Centre on Philanthropy brought a group of charity leaders together, in an effort to explore the potential of forming a member forum. Many charities had expressed a desire to have regular opportunities to discuss best practices, share advice, and network, so The Centre was hopeful the group would be eager to move forward.
Since that initial meeting, the group officially formed The Nonprofit Executive Leadership Forum (NELF), and created a direction for their team.
Mission:
The Committee will provide a forum for leaders/executive directors of nonprofit members of The Centre to contribute, support, and promote the activities and objectives of The Centre. The Committee will also act as a network to The Centre’s nonprofit members offering support to one another for the benefit of Bermuda.
